Hi MartianMan I've given you your Mars badge, congratulations. 
However, you drained one of the tanks in the voyager probe, so I can't accept that. Both tanks have to be full.
Your rocket should be capable of successfully completing the mission without draining that fuel, I checked myself.
If you want to make it a little bit easier, remove the "side boosters" and put their fuel into the first stage. That should give you more margin if you fly the rocket properly.
