Was actually able to lift 555-560 tonnes with still a bit of fuel left.

Good job.
My only comment is that you could turn on those two other frontiers at launch, to increase TWR and allow you go more sideways sooner, to waste less fuel pointing upwards above your trajectory.
As you can see, by doing that there's a lot more fuel left!

I didn't try it because I thought that first stage's tanks would break from frontier's heat, but thanks!
