Start with:
Empty Shuttle (Right)
Empty Booster (Far Right)

1) Assemble Shuttle with Booster.
-Spawn Crawler V4800 move left
-Spawn Shuttle Adapter, dock
-Lift Shuttle to Verticle, move far left
-Spawn Crawler H2200 move left
-Spawn Booster Adapter, dock
-Partially Refuel Booster, then jump over Crawler H2200 with Adapter attached to corner.
-Dock with Crawler H2200 again, more fuel transferred.
-Undock Booster Adapter, then do skip manouvre to get Booster on top of adapter.
-Dock Booster with Empty shuttle, move everything right.
-Transfer all remaining fuel out of Crawler V4800, and despawn.

2) Load Payload into Shuttle and finish refuelling.
-Spawn another Crawler 2200, move left.
-Spawn Gantry V2, dock and position beside Shuttle.
-Top and Bottom Cars open Shuttle doors.
-Two Middle Cars load Payload.
-Top and Bottom Cars close Shuttle doors, and lock them.
-Despawn Gantry V2.
-Dock left Crawler H2200 with Shuttle.
-Transfer fuel from both Crawlers until Shuttle and Booster full.
-Despawn both Crawlers.

3) Launch sequence.
-Verticle Launch.
-Booster Separates at about 20% fuel remaining, slightly right.
-Shuttle turns hard and heads towards HEO.
-When Booster has fallen to about 15km, switch.
-Land Booster a fair way right of Landing Pad using Retroburn.
-As soon as Booster Lands safely, switch back to Shuttle.
-Shuttle burn to HEO orbit.
-Shuttle opens own doors.
-Separate Payload.
-Accelerate Payload toward VEEGA.
-Close Shuttle Doors and lock.

4) Landing Sequence
-1st Retroburn Shuttle from HEO, aiming for Booster.
-Sudden Retroburn at 5km, aiming for just right of pad.
-Shuttle and Booster should be at original starting positions.
Drag will take control of your craft orientation from between 23km and 21km on the way down. Get your trajectory adjusted before then to ease your entire landing operation slightly.

Empty Booster placed far right. Took a lot longer than I expected to drain the tank.

Honestly I am a little concerned by directional stability, because the booster has no RCS.

You can compensate by turning engines on and off.
Also, I would recommend you a big wheel for the forward landing gear. From my experience with shuttles, that small wheel can’t take too much damage.

Looks Beautiful just hovering above the Landing Pad, but I might be biased. I need to actually stick the landing next time. Still hitting the ground tail first, too busy taking happy snaps.

The good news is I finally landed it on the grass. The bad news is there isn't enough thrust to land until the fuel is below 9%. Also the front is lighter than the back, so the RCS struggles to keep it level. Thinking it needs a redesign.

Nice to see your first successful landing :)

That problem with the front being heavier than the rear can be fixed by moving the forward engines back, closer to the center of mass, or the rear engines... back as well, farther from the center of mass.
The design of my cargo bay is such, that there is no room for engines anywhere near the middle. I solved the problem by adding more engines. 3x Valient at the front, and 4x Valient at the rear.

I have a love hate relationship with SFS. I love space, love the building aspects of this game. I hate how it reminds me of my failed career, the bugs, and actually having to pilot the rockets.

This challenge has been infuriating for me, because I crash the ground vehicles 90% of the time and keep having to go back to quicksaves.

I like the shuttle, but the wheel can only be used for laanding isn’t it?

I feel the same. The 1.5 bugs are the only reason why I decided to go back to 1.35, who has a couple of bugs yes, but you do not feel them. They don’t ruin your game at all, unlike the 1.5 bugs...
Love to make hidden engines on fairings? :p

Idk why we can't press anythin now on fairings...

Nah, that’s not the reason...

The time warp bug...
The constant crashings...
The broken layering system...
The fuel disappearing for no reason...

1.5 BLYAT!
Oh Ja! There are blyats on 1.5 :3 :3
