This is my shuttle for the Team Hawk challenge.
It's non DLC and bp edited.

The shuttle has a big fairing (2.5*7m) and can send 10-15t to orbit. The booster has two engines and landings legs

Reaching LEO is pretty easy, the shuttle is very stable and you don't need to transfert fuel / turns engines off.

Edit: I forgot to add a payload so I made a 2nd flight:

I finally chose a name for the shuttle: explorer.
I made a 2nd version for space station, with another docking port to attach the fairing:

It's better for docking to a space station and it has a better access to the payload

Is it able to detach from the booster without timewarp?
Any landing gear?

Ok, so it's shuttle and works.:)
Accepted.
However, I encourage you to improve it, there's lots of room to make it even better.
You say 10-15t to orbit? That's REALLY inefficient, less than 5% of the mass of your shuttle and booster combined.
You should try for better, 10% is nice, 15-20% is good.
There's several strategies to help you achieve that:
  • Change the fuel balance, the sooner you drop your booster, the more fuel you save by not carrying heavy dry mass around.
  • Reduce the amount of fuel you take, in other words shrink your vehicle (but not the payload bay!) until it's, say, 200t. Then carrying 10-15t is much more reasonable.
  • Alternatively, increase the size of your payload bay (perhaps by replacing fuel with more payload space, making it lighter at the same time) and carry more cargo to match your lift-off mass.
  • Decrease the dry mass of your vehicle by removing things that aren't fuel or engines. Every tonne of aesthetics on your vehicle is a proportional amount of cargo mass lost.... It's a skill to make a rocket look good without compromising payload.
