Looks a bit stupid, no? A shuttle-like thing with wheels on the bottom.

Plenty of reserves to aim for the right place

Woohoo, made it to LEO while landing the booster.

Shake-down.

The return!

The best thing this stupid looking thing has to offer is that both parts are stable in all phases of flight, even without RCS.

I doesn't looks stupid. The wheels are much better to land than the legs. They take much more damage without breaking.

It's pretty cool to bang down at up to 20 m/s or so. :D
(not that I'm doing that to my astronauts... not at all...)

For some reason, the triangle fairing bits break at a lower speed than the wheels. But they're only cosmetic, anyway.

My landing policy right here. Plus they are movable AND save space.

Unless if I'm doing competitions or realistic missions, I never land with legs.
