I decided to create a rocket , that could return from moon but only using "Grasshopper L.F. Engine".
At the end it looked like Taj Mahal sooo,

First Stage: On the engines which are at the base and the two poles
Second Stage : Those five engines
Third Stage: In this stage you will land on moon.
Fourth Stage: In this single stage you can come back and Land on Earth.

Those are enough grasshoppers, i had done the moon mission, do you need it's screenshot.
Did you do the Moon mission after exit/resume? If not, I'm guessing Horus is saying that you don't have enough Grasshopper engines to do it with drag on.

Did you do the Moon mission after exit/resume? If not, I'm guessing Horus is saying that you don't have enough Grasshopper engines to do it with drag on.
The Taj Mahal rocket is able to go on moon and come back , here are the screenshots,

A question: Don't you think separating the capsule is better than using all those landing legs? It is also lighter, and creates less drag.
Yeah , but I like to land on legs
