Solved Two bugs

I was just working on my ECtM then I Trier to land the probe, I opened the parachute and the parachute was inside down, them left it out to wait.
After making a rocket and launch it, I clicked on the probe and it was lag, wanted a bit then I got to space with a speed of 9900 m/s. What happened?

The parachute bug happens to everyone. The speed bug? Wow... Now that is the first I heard of that specific bug.
