These are not blueprints, they are custom parts.
Modding is not supported for mobile unfortunately.
Have a look at Mods and installation: Questions and answers and post there if you have any more questions.

You may have a few different problems so I’ll just solve all of them. You need to mod to use the bps. Press the share button at the top right of your screen and paste the bp link in the download box. If you are on mobile this mod will not work
