Sorry but it doesn't pass, you can't use gravity assists for this challenge. Also you have to show your speed when your probe is at a specific distance from the Sun to confirm that you reached the escape velocity. Make sure you read carefully the rules of a challenge before attempting it.
However your launcher is a good basis, and you can increase its mass up to 265 tons, so you have a good margin.
