Warpinator - Upgraded Teleporter

Suggestion:
if you right click on a map you can select to teleport at that exact location with an optional orbit parameter and clockwise / counterclockwise
this can be useful to set up sci fi battles

v0.8.3-alpha is now released.
  • Added a keybind for the teleport button. The target is the object you have selected, or otherwise defaults to the object you have focused. (Right CTRL)
  • Teleport menus now have a "Focus Planet" button.
  • Other misc behind-the-scenes changes and some minor tweaks to the conditions on opening or closing the map.

Might look into this when I implement more complex orbit parameters but it might be out of my skillset. I'm not even sure when/if that will happen though at this point, however.

Heres an Idea: u can edit the Apoapsis an Periapsis
My two cents: he probably thought about it, but you would also have to specify the argument of periapsis in this case, basically to specify how your ellipse is oriented. He probably wanted to keep things simple.

Actually the plan was to implement more granular orbit control eventually. It's just really complicated math that I haven't particularly been in the mood to get into. Getting what I've done so far done has been an accomplishment considering how much shit breaks when you just change the position of a rocket, and that's before you even get it going to the correct place. Lol

good morning,
so this mod is giving me some trouble, whenever i use it, it does not allow me to QKS, or exit, i can only revert, that's alright, because it forces me not to cheat
but now, this is happening to everything, so i deleted this mod, but its still there, now i am crying bc i finished my 1 rocket all planet manned launch, but none of the data was saved
HELP!

Try F1 to see the errors just after attempting to save. It might be unrelated to this mod. I've had a similar problem in the past - was unable to save after a aerobrake or reentry . Turned out to be a bug related to creating burn marks when saving which I eventually narrowed down to the small battery from the Electricity custom parts.

To my knowledge the mod doesn't mess with quicksaves, it's unlikely that the mod is the reason of it. Do you have a recent quicksave that would allow you to retrieve at least part of your progress?

i removed the mod, reset all data, then it went away, but when i reinstalled this mod, the glitch came back!

By default there is also a hotkey for this. I managed to disable this on my system to avoid accidental teleportation.
 
I can't use this mod. But I really want to use this mod, it looks really great. But I don't see this mod in my mod loader, and I don't actually use it. I'm on version 1.5.9.8, is there any way to fix it?
