The M goes into a separate category, while all "OUTPUT"s need to have a "M" at the end.

Because, once more 'M' is a variable to be used by 'OUTPUT'. So if you don't have an M inside OUTPUT, Something like "OUTPUT (M, 10, 200)" You are just doing nothing with that variable. You are just storing information that will never be used.

The texture formula isn’t something you should worry about.
it is just for little tiny optimization things I believe, though. Still not necessary.

Basically, you have something like this: (Perlin, 10, 200).

  • Perlin is the type of terrain you have for your planet. Choose between Perlin, Craters, Mars, Phobos, Io... (Am I forgetting something?)
  • 10 is, how many times you want that pattern repeated along the planet. Low numbers will make plains. High numbers will make chaotic terrains.
  • 200 is the height in meters you want your terrain to reach...
Like BANDWITH says, APART FROM THAT THERE'S NOTHING MUCH TO CHANGE

whoops I was looking at the detail level things.
I missed the terrain bit because it was just the deimos shape, not big like it usually is
