On Steam, you buy the game AND the DLC for 10$

Also, that's not how things work. If Google play is better then everyone would have bought their game on google play for their PC. But they don't cuz the world doesn't work as that and Steam exists
PS: Free does not mean better, it means the developer has to work hard but still starve to death cuz his work worth nothing and he can't make money

Then just get it on the play store. No one is forcing you to get it on steam. It just means you'll have to play it on android/iOS without any of the extra parts.
