Just put the .txt file in "Planet Data" and the .png texture in "Textures"

I don't know why the file is so big,the .txt file is (I think) around 800Kb,maybe is the texture.

At the bottom you have a horizontally sliding command bar with move, copy etc on there. With the side by side list that should be easy. Otherwise if you mean in-file data, you highlight and copy, go back to file list and open where you want to paste, highlight the same section you just copied elsewhere and paste over it.

How do I texture planets?

In Resources>Planets>Textures you place your texture file. In the planet file you reference that file name in parentheses under Texture (first line of section data)
