As far as I know in 1.5 the consumption scales up if you stretch the engine.

If you flip around both the upper separators so that they stay attached to the core, not the side boosters, then your rocket is less likely to break when you stage.

You have to separate the separators below first, or maybe you don't need to release the booster up to Leo because the booster and firts stage are designed to reach leo
