So its been 49 years to this day ago that Neil Armstrong walked on the moon. So I did a little mission to recreate Apollo 11. It was easy but super fun, here are some pics.

I bet we all did it. :) how can one not love that giant leap of mankind and not recreate it... :cool:

Nice, I really like the LEM design. The overall rocket doesn't really look saturnish (surely because of those orange fuel tanks :p), but I suppose you wanted the number of engines to be accurate?

i was mostly focused on the lunar module and lander but i do have 5 engines

You did an excellent job, I just thought the video was really cool.

On a partially related note, after the update I'm expecting a huge number of Saturn V recreations on the build servers.
