Hi all, after long time from SFS, I am back in great style-team Hawk entry for 700 tons to LEO. After 5 hours of designing, flying and ceashing I think finally I made it. And with 1,37 tons of payload more than minimum. EDIT: Used BETA version 1.5.9.7

Mooncrasher, where are you? Thete is something to judge it.
based on the final screenshot it appears there is some fuel that has been drained, draining the fuel of the payload isn't allowed

Astro, you must try again.
But this time with an even powerful rocket.
Draining the payload's fuel isnt allowed.

AstronautAdam thank you for the ping, I missed Yonkee's ping. Apologies for the delay.
That said, unfortunately as I was taking a final look just now, I discovered a small accident. I've recreated it below for clarity:

This is how your payload originally looked when it was 701t:

But then when you redid your submission, the adaptation changed and it became 697t:

If this analysis is in error, don't hesitate to correct me.

As it is, the submission fails because of an honest mistake. I've no doubt it will pass when you redo it.

i improve it a little so it can get a fuel station to the LEO orbit but theres a problem is idk where to place the connector for the rocket to fuel in the future mission(also in the rnd the fuel station only have somewhere over 80% i guess i should refuel it in the future mission)
As mooncrasher said, this is a conversation between him and Adam, this is a thread for a challenge entry

as deep and moon have said, this thread is for Adam’s mission entry, not yours. You’re welcome to create your own thread where you may post your missions, but this isn’t the place, thanks :)

I am trying to finetune my monster, but something is wrong, because I cant accelerate to 1684m/s (+/-) to create at least 30 km orbit. There are two versions of "fail":
1) not enough fuel, even if Frontier is used as helping engine(active only out of atmo, with Titans still roaring)
2) not enough time to accel(probably enough fuel, but at that time rocket will be burned in atmo)

What is the purpose of those heat shields? Heat shields don't block engine exhaust heat from other parts, same craft or not.

Which heat shields? On cargo? If yes, they are as extra weight-without them, 10-12 tons of cargo are away. I didnt have any extra space for fuel tank
