Reason for ban: I said that a banned user said Hi.

I believe I should be unbanned, because I didn't see this rule in the main rules, so I thought it was fine until after the fact I was banned and then told that it was a rule. Which I've never see anyone else banned for it, so I thought it was fine. But supposedly you can post pictures for banned people. And that doesn't count as speaking for banned people.
