Reason for ban: "Using an alt"

Why I should be unbanned: I got locked out of my main (klepta#0522 447139512707973120) and now amphithere#1184 is my new main, I joined the server and got banned for that, even though I pinged a mod/admin and asked them to ban my old main. I will not be using klepta#0522 anymore.

Softlocked by the way, it asks me for my phone number and I try 2 different numbers yet it says they're invalid, probably because I used them too much.

Wrong ban reason; you were banned because your account was compromised. As such, for the safety of our server and its users, we cannot allow compromised users back into the server, even on new accounts. With the prevalence of this hack going around we cannot take any risks whatsoever. If it happened once it can happen again. For this reason, your appeal has been denied and so are all future appeals.
