Well, yes but since this is a custom make of the Buran shuttle it could have custom proportions so theoretically it could be the size of a star destroyer

On the subject of without modifications to the game, Why not? Surely the shuttle could be more accurate with the use of modifications, and this whole challenge could be easier considering that the shuttle doesn't seem to have any orbiter, the whole thing is an SSTO from the launchpad to the moon. Certainly not impossible but certainly difficult to do without mods, And as with any challenge; Do it yourself before asking someone else to do it. And the annoying part is that it's even harder to make a 1:1 thing because of part clipping being disallowed lol.
