What?! The heithmaps themselves don't depend on the radius! If your planet has a different radius you have to adapt the terrain formula in consequence (see here).

The formula looks correct, but you've added it to "textureFormula". You want to modify the terrain, not the texture. You have to add it to the "terrainFormulaDifficulties" parameter right before.
Be careful to the syntax because now it's per level of difficulty. You can take inspiration from the planets from the example folder:
