Can I copy my DLC to SFSML?

I want to play the SFSML to try the mods, but I want to buy the DLC, but I can't. So I want to copy the existing saved DLC to the SFSML, is it possible?

its wierd that it doesnt work right away. currently ill have to exclude the DLC or do some trickery.
