At least for the Sun, as it has no defined SOI. For Mercury, any orbit at all may be sufficient if you can accept that.

The problem comes because all this "challenge" starts with the ambiguos phrase: "goto sun".

"Go to" a body can be referred to either a flyby, an orbit or a landing. In this case a flyby or a landing on the Sun is imposible, and an orbit is RIDICULOUSLY easy.

Yet still infinite fuel was originally allowed.
