I would recommend this video by Picospace thats have almost everything you needed to make a custom part pack
though it is a bit outdated but it still work anyway.

for my advice, when you start making custom part packs, you shouldnt create new parts from scratch and you should copy and paste sfs stock part and edit it(thurst, texture,etc.)
