Does anybody know if there is a difference between the Command module and the probes? It would be much appreciated.

At the moment there is not much difference, this is because we don’t have a astronaut system in place( will in future) so technically the command module has 1 astronaut in it. To sum it up, no but in the future, yes.

The capsule it's a manned module (technically) in the future we will have cosmonauts too.
The probe it's used for one way missions. Like a rover, and deep space satellites. It's like a computer

Capsules are (duh) 4*4 When probes are 2*4.
Capsules have more mass, but more torque (ability to turn)
Other than that, no difference. Hope this will help.
