Yes,
If you have an rooted android you can copy this file /data/data/com.StefMorojna.SpaceflightSimulator/shared_prefs/com.StefMorojna.SpaceflightSimulator.v2.playerprefs.xml to your tablet.
After a bit time it schould uses this progress from your phone.

If it doesnt work you can google it
