Earth land speed record

Using a crewed capsule, any engine, tank or struts go as fast as you can. The only requirement is you must have at least two wheels touching the ground. Your record will only be exepted if there is a picture or video with it. Currently I'll claim to hold the record at 64.9 meters per second (145.177 miles per hour). This is from a video I took with the Android play games record feature which also takes face cam video which is what the red blob is.

Of course. Should be easy to improve upon my mark two cleared 200m/s although it did somewhat destroy itself soon after.
