I´ll post here the updates of my Jupiter Mission or also called Swingin' on a Star.
I´ll do a orbital assembly of the complete spacecraft that ill orbit the king of the solar system and then land on one of the moons and return safely to the Earth, the complete spacecraft I´ll be launched in 3 parts to Low Earth Orbit and to reach Jupiter orbit I´ll use VEEGA (Venus-Earth-Earth Gravitational Assist) and other gravitational assists of the moons of Jupiter.

Here is the first part of the spacecraft, I´ll use the engine of the second stage to do the VEEGA and reach Jupiter orbit, the launch craft is a bit to powerfull so I was able to reach LEO with the 1º stage and the solid boosters:

Boosters separation and fairings deployment (here you can see that I am still able to reach LEO with the first stage, allowing me to only do some orbit corrections with the second stage):

Moving now on the 2 External fuel tanks for the main engine of the spacecraft, each fuel tank will carry at least 60 Tons of fuel, and I´ll maybe add more fuel in case that the spacecraft is not able to reach Jupiter orbit.

One thing that I love in SFS are the DeltaV calculatores, they are very useful when trying to do missions like this.

The DeltaV calculator that I used in this mission is this: The Rocket Maths Spreadsheet by Horus Lupercal.

Without making the External Fuel tanks to have 4 times their original fuel, the DeltaV of the engine of the spacecraft would only reach 2710 m/s of DeltaV.
Captura de ecrã 2023-09-09 155543.png

By bp editing the Fuel Tanks the DeltaV will be of at least 4970 m/s of DeltaV, now I'm able to reach (I think) Jupiter orbit.
Captura de ecrã 2023-09-09 161315.png

I know that I could do this mission in a more simple way but I Iike doing missions like this.

Already did the VEEGA gravitational assists, arrived at Jupiter orbit and I'm now orbiting Europa.
Had to do some refuelings with the External Tanks but the mission is going as planned.

This seems legit, but didn't you already complete Team Hawk? What's the point in doing such a hard mission if you have when you already completed a the rank?

Hello and sorry for the delay,

Unfortunately I can't give you the badge because of how you edited the fuel tanks: your 2 side tanks have 334% of fuel. From what I understand from the spreadsheet you added around 340 tons of fuel that way. But the tanks that would hold those 340 tons would weigh a bit more than 37 tons, this is that much dead mass that you saved.
Believe me that I'm really sorry about that because it's an awesome mission otherwise.

Trying to do the mission again, this time I developed a different rocket and I'll not do a orbital assembly because the rocket is too powerful to reach Jupiter orbit, so the plan is almost the same, do VEEGA to reach Jupiter and do other gravitational assists with the moons of jupiter.

And I gave a name to my rocket, the name is: Interplanetary Launch System, and yes this rocket is heavily inspired by the rocket SLS Block 1b and by the Ares Program.

Thank you :D, and yes the ANAIS mod is very useful, principally when I don't want to waste time and I want to know the DeltaV.

I personally consider this mod one of the best (if not the best).

That was the purpose. I also consider it a must-have, but I can't say I'm very objective :p
