The way he clipped the engines doesn't need the cheat of no heat damage.

I think this is a pass Altaïr Mooncrasher , but I'm not sure about the 12 and 40 million mark and next time don't clip the engines that way and use different engines on the first stage (in my opinion), and try to make your rocket more aerodynamic, it can make you to save fuel.

I checked the marks, they are good, and by a good margin. Also, clipping is allowed for this challenge (as for most challenges actually, the most notable exception being Atlas). Bp editing is also fine, except for streching engines (this increases their thrust while not increasing their mass), and things that are clearly abusive like increasing a separator force above 100% or increasing the fuel contained in a tank above 100%.
