GenOne Jupiter Exploration Probe

#1
Heavily inspired from the NASA and ESA collaboration probe Cassini, sent to explore Saturn and its moons, United Earth Aerospace presents the GenOne Jupiter probe!

As the name suggests, this first-generation space probe’s primary purpose is to explore Jupiter and the Galilean Moons (and minor moons if you have a custom solar system). Equipped with delicate, high precision instruments used to measure various aspects of the Jupiter system, this probe could be your next great deep space mission!

Everything from an RTG, retractable magnetometer booms, to an atmospheric probe and even a Europa lander, this probe has got it all. Perform incredibly close flybys of the Galilean Moons, drop a probe into the thick orange clouds of Jupiter, and more!

Disclaimers: This probe does require DLCs, a non-DLC version will not be made. While infinite fuel may be required at some points, deceleration flybys are useful and a gravity assist from Mars may add some more fun and difficulty to this mission. More complicated maneuvers are required for deployment of the atmospheric probe and the Europa lander (you may need to retract the booms for this one), so make sure you know how to do them, or at least make a quicksave! The probe is slightly imbalanced, especially after you detach one of the deployable craft, so you may need to manually balance it using RCS. All instrument toggles are planned out in the staging menu. Have fun!

PS: It is up to you to design your own launch system. This is meant to increase creativity in how you choose to do your Jupiter mission. You could even switch the mission to another planet entirely!

As always, build ideas are encouraged. Who knows what’ll exit United Earth’s VAB next? You could be the one to choose!

That's pretty cool! One thing, less of a criticism and more just letting you know, each of the solid squares are 1m². The dotted lines are 0.5m. In other words, a 6ft human is as tall as 2 of the big squares.

Oh thank you so much for clarifying! That really helps me draw things to scale for future builds!
