Actually, I did it. All I did was taking my current martian ship and cut its weight to the Half....

Nice challenge, that one is original (even if it's pretty easy indeed). Here is the rocket I used:

So I had a total of 80 tons of fuel tanks, which means 72 tons of fuel.

Actually it may have been possible to remove a bit of fuel, but I just got fed up of it.
