To get the team badges you need to complete a set of challenges, go to Missions and Challenges > Team Entries and complete them in order (Titan>Frontier>Hawk), you can read up on the challenges, requirements and rules in the pinned threads.

What is the info overload mod? Can you post the link or file? You are also not allowed to use any mods or cheats for team challenges.
