By the looks of it, your falken doesn't have any engines so maybe that's why it isn't flying? (Of course you have engines, this is just a way of saying if I can have a BP of it i could help more)

You can add adjust the thrust on one side (if the right side goes down, add more engine to the right vice versa)

Ok, if it still flips out of control after a while if flying, try to make the thrust output make a straight line the cuts the center of mass and thrust output (individualy for both sides i would check the BP but I need my sleep)

Could you send a picture of the plane with the engines? I don't know how do you put them, but the best way is to clip all the engines ( make sure to disable their heat) the closest possible from the center of mass and add RCS to prevent it to flip

Heck this thing is simple to fly

Just do trial n error in engine placement so you can find your balance faster

Probably you don't even need rcs to turn but usin probes as alternative

However this thing has very little fuel and goes way too fast, so just enable no heat damage.
