How do I make Re-entry Effects in-game?

I saw that in the planet thing for ranks I should make re-entry effects, and I have no idea on how to do so. Most YouTubers would edit the video though. But I would like to have the effects in-game.

According to the game notes in a future update they will have those effects

The next update supposedly adds the effects you are looking for.

You just use Post Processing to make the ship glow red when you are at reentry height.
