There's loads of things you need to do with this to improve it. You've managed to make a 9 thousand ton rocket that is almost out of fuel before you've broken 5km whilst carrying a capsule as a payload.

My suggestion? Scale it down 10x and work within your current capabilities. You've gone too big, too quickly

Yes it is. Have a look at the VAB picture. That fairing is the VAB. Everything is scaled up to ludicrous proportions which is why it looks like a smaller rocket. But, it's 9500tons and can't lift 4.5tons to orbit.
