First, I will send several platforms to Mars. Of these, I will make one large platform. I will plant missiles on it. Also place transport type rovers. Then I will send some modules.

Will there be an escape system? In case of some hardware malfunction?

You don’t even have to ask about this. Of course. On the roofs of residential modules will be a miniature rocket. She will be able to bring people to the orbit of Mars. Further, a rescue operation will be organized. A rocket will arrive from the earth and take people. This is an evacuation plan.

If I wanted to make Mars base.
I will make that Mars base into earth's orbit then directly get into mara orbit. And splash down one and one part on the mara surface.

Edited : I will like to make base on moon not on mare. Because it's very far.
Hmm You are working very hard. :)

Fly to Mars is not so difficult and far as you think

Normally, I send my ships to rendezvous with a station in Mars orbit, then detach and land from there. To come back, I use a separate ascent stage like the Apollo LMs did. Then I ditch that in orbit, board a "return" capsule on board the station, and hightail it back to the nearest Arby's on Earth.

Why not use frontiers? Two would lift this module easily.

I recommend this table I found, it looks to be some of the flattest land on Mars. The red circle is Mars' largest crater, and is fairly easy to spot. The mesa itself is at the center of the blue circle.

Earth rendeavouz is good but if its bigger then we need bigger or efficient engines.
