I keep seeing things under ranks

I keep seeing tags like, "ET phone home" or, "Fly me to the moon". What are they and how do I get them?

Those are ranks and titles given for completing missions. For example, my tag says "Fly me to the moon" which means I have completed the mission for Team Titan and have earned that rank and the permissions that come with it. Look up "Team Titan Submission" or go to my moon mission to learn how to get the tags.
