Man I've already started cleaning my files that includes the picture above but I'll give you advice


Build the bay the engine compartment then the nose

You can be more flexible if you build a ton of em with different design and configuration until you're satisfied.

You can refer some ideas in some(tbh there's a lot of shuttle threads here to get some inspiration so check em out) of shuttle threads here and incorporate it into your design.
