I'm not sure what it's even supposed to do...?

It is orbitally capable, and can put the empty second stage most places in orbit but the max lift is about 4 tons to LEO, which for its size and complexity isn't useful.

I'm not tearing into your build dude, but that length of rocket should be throwing light payloads at other planets.
