PAK (Polish Space Agency) congrats crew of Blazer 12 on reaching Mazovia module , they hope that all of the systems are operating norminally and crew is safe aboard. Name propousal for the station is Europa and concept picture of all modules connected has been made:

Yes, plans have changed and instead of Bohemia docking after Baikal, we decided that our 3rd module will be Panonia with GWD

Soyuz spacecrafts are supposed to dock with lower port of GWD or upper port of Panonia so no need for docking adapter... Yet...
