Great, thanks. I've been scrolling through search results for a couple days and the only NERVA I blueprint I've found was this one:

Which isn't for the NERVA XE/NERVA 1 (more or less the same), but the NERVA II.
The blueprint I need is for this guy:

According to this firewalled meeting paper, there was a RL10E-1 variant that was developed for a US Air force Atlas Reliability Enhancement Program. Quite literally anything including the firewalled paper would be helpful.
