Right. Some prongs. These will be really important for a Lunar Craft I’ve designed.

Now. Time for a special craft I’ve designed for my Lunar bases
E9708E45-C64E-4198-B83B-DE025E1E5A62.png

This is Artemis-LAC Lunar Accent Craft.
With enough fuel to go from the surface of the moon to orbit over 3 times while ferrying a pod.

so sent one so far as a test rig.

from here you can take the pod out and pop her on the station.
Don’t worry it has a probe so it can go down unmanned if necessary.

On this occasion I’ll be taking the pod out
I’ll specify this is just for the moon, it will in no way come back to the Earth. I’ll be making a craft for that especially.

Just launch the gigalauncher with a gigalauncher on top to move that to the moon.

I like the idea of a dedicated reusable shuttlecraft design for each planet.
Where did the name come from?

Ah. So it's named after a lunar goddess. Interesting! :)

Right after a good bit of testing my Artemis-LAC Accent module has been upgraded,
Now with 1,976.4m/s of delta v it should have enough fuel to go from the surface to orbit 6 times over.

I gave it this upgrade to let it be more free so it doesn’t need to completely rely on refuelling

After a long think i think I’ll have to stop.

This is the final station..
I wanted to add more, but it’s starting to get laggy. As as I’ll be using this station a lot, I don’t want it to become annoying.
I was gonna add so much more like an ION array and such.
So the final build thing to do will be to send a BAB (big ass booster) and send this behemoth to the moon!

Right as the station is complete I’ll be changing the name of this thread to Lunar Development

So next I’ll be sending a specifically designed craft to lift heavy weights from the surface to orbit and so forth
FBC00D89-FDD3-4182-B1F3-910789962902.png

So hopefully this should be enough to get her to the moon

Right and she’s been cleared for liftoff!

Beautiful.
24E63BBE-069E-4534-AAED-0B278075B5D6.png

And after doing a bit of transferring we have 70% of a core left.
Or 1,966.9M/s of delta v (including the weight of the payload.)

79ED7D69-E526-4A1C-BC7E-B77E6607496D.png

And waiting for clearance to dock.
9B0CAC54-D112-476D-BB6F-61580BC01099.png

Cleared to dock
5BE20FD2-5311-461B-AEE9-598ACA85F6AF.png

Next steps will to be mover the remaining core Stage fuel to any partly filled tanks.
Then we will send her down with the payload to the lab district.

After 10 mins of transferring and every tank on the station being refilled it still has 6% left.
DB67F717-9CB1-4CEC-BB15-1B2E5865CF59.png
I guess I’ll have to deposit the remaining fuel by just ejection and deorbiting it

Anyway. Tank successfully de-orbited.
AE819727-DCDE-4A83-8547-3E63A2DEFD57.png

And on another note the first scientist has arrived at lab complex two
B48804A8-B816-4ACD-A0E2-096CCD920671.png

But because of a defect Artemis-LAC-02 is out of operation.
A faring port was upside down. So a replacement faring will be sent in the next launch

Righty-ho the next thing isn’t directly moon related. But it will play a vital role on transport.
All it is will be a gigantic fuel station in LEO. Designed for helping transport.
And when I mean gigantic, I mean gigantic
CA547B06-B8A7-4F51-A15F-596FF610C903.png

So this is the rocket used.
Unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures of launch as I was recording it for a future video.
But here is the payload
1E4D2987-B7DC-49E4-BDE3-3C9E65AC1050.png

As you can see it’s a space cathedral...lol.
So I was using my 10kt rocket but I added two more boosters to make sure I’d definitely have enough.

Anyway that’s about 12000t in total in LEO.

I’ll also be needing an interbody transport vehicle for transport from LEO to the moon.
But I’ll develop that in a bit.

Right a little more progress. Now some docking points and transferred all remaining fuel in the bottom boosters to the upper ones.
