So this happened to me 6th time in a row. Is it some Bug? (I cant move after landing)

Not BP editing.

Planet editing is the easiest way, you shrink the planet and your rover will be free, but then you have a shrunk Mars, which you can’t restore, cause then your rover will be buried again.

Try quicksave editing, find your rover and try to move its position a little higher.

Or you land on a high speed and turned off the Stalinium mode.

It's possible....
