Here pst the inaccurate things you found with films

My one I'm posting is from Transformers dark of the moon.

I'm this picture you see some rockets.
The year was 1962 and I see 2 rockets that didnt exist then, the Saturn V and the Delta 2 I belive.

And here is another inaccuracy.

This part of the film was set in the present day, and if it was set in the present, why is teh asscent stage still on the moon

And also when they are going to the moon apparently The sea of tranquility is on the dark side of the moon.


Another inaccuracy

This is Columbia on its way to the moon, Where Is the SIVB I'm sure the Service module couldn't reach the moon by its self.
Because in this scene it shows the Engine firing towards the moon and one big mistake.

Where is the lunar module, well a few seconds later it magically appears.

Final mistake.

This is supposed to be Neil Armstrong in the lunar module, well if you look at the design of the space craft interior and the shape of the window in the background

That is actually the Command module interior

So there are the inacuracys I found in the film.

The Saturn V was in development in 1962. Don’t know about the rest, cause I haven’t seen the movie. Great thread idea, though.

Delta 2 entered service on 89

Also ye, LM got magically slapped after the CSM burnin thru space without S-IVB

Also yeah.... Ascent stage should be gone... Heck....
