MMB
Mobile Mars Base

De-orbiting under own power:

Landing is ridiculously easy:

Hovers on Mars no problem, even with a reasonably heavy load:

Solar panels are hard to destroy when closed so makes for an ideal load bay floor. Loads up to 6m wide loads. Stuck loads can be released using solar panels. The original design had only 5m load width capacity but that had retractable legs.

Blueprint (original):

Note the difference behind the cab and the smaller ports and more solar panels on the load bay floor.

Challenger Shuttle
Comes with a challenge attached...
Screenshot_2018-04-10-19-06-23.png
Built as a challenge to myself, she's an.even greater challenge to fly. But a skilled, experienced pilot gets the real deal: a classic realistic shuttle, doing a realistic drop off mission to envy! She'll surprise you a few times, but you'll master her stubborn streak soon enough... Takes up to about 12 tons to the Moon. 6m long load bay.

***MAKE SURE TO BUILD IT EXACTLY. Failing to do so may be catastrophic...

Missing docking port on the satellite in the rear of the load bay...

InterPlanetary Cargo Shuttle

This one exists purely because the Challenger is no good beyond the Moon.

Carries about 20 to 25 tons to Mars, but its real shine is in its load size limit. Can hold a full 12 x 2.5m load. Not bad for a shuttle, I'd say... It dwarfs the Challenger and carries an MMB Rover with some room to spare for a small worker drone. Here she is:

It requires a patient, skilled pilot. To reached Mars, anyway. The farther you get, the more it says of your skill. If you reach earth again and land after close orbiting Mars and releasing the payload, and landing without damage... My man I'd say you're really good. It can be done, I've proven it.

are you in charge of the course, or just now about it? 'cause i'd like to know if i have to pay for it, or if it's state funded:p
It's public access, private owned, and only done for the safety of all space travellers since these days just any old Joe can get his rocket license...

Fuel Station

A simple but stylish and versatile addition to my collection. Holds up to 185 tons of fuel. Will probably decrease by about 5.5 tons after the next update. Can also be built in 1.31 but with reduced fuel storage capacity.
