Same basically. Though lately it's kinda hard for me to play MC Java, so I'm stuck with Minecraft Pi edition.
That is probably the most unupdated version ever...

Cause my "Private" computer is a Raspberry Pi 3-something. And honestly, the only thing that lets me enjoy it is the python API.

And the API for python lets me use the setBlock command, which allows me to have normally unaccesible blocks in my world, such as glowing obsidian, lava and water (they can't be placed using my inventory).
I 'm making scripts for auto-building houses and castles. I'm curious if it has other API's and are they better.

Are ther comand blocks in Pi Edition?
And you know, it would be no problem for me to send a few Python scripts. If you have MC Pi edition installed, just open a world and run the sript (with Thonny or sth)

Nah, no ingame commands. I told you, pi has python API, so I run the commands in a different window. I use setBlock(x, y, z, blockid) or setBlocks(x, y, z, x, y, z, blockid).
