my idea for the voyager quest. but will it work?

so whenever i do the voyager quest i run low on fuel. but can i dock to a station then refuel? also the station is the one i made for the floater badge

You technically can, but then the station would also count for the 250 tons limit.

Just to precise what Blazer said, if you use a refuel pod, you have to account for the pod itself, but also for the rocket that launched it. That would make the challenge too easy otherwise.
