Do you plan to buy the motor or make one yourself? If you do make your own propellant, I'd recommend you build a "grenade box", basically its a wooden box filled with dry hay which absorbs moisture to maintain the propellant's potency over time.

Obviously keep it away from fire.

Just use a steel tube around 1mm in thickness, it can easily handle 1000 psi.

Btw, 72.5 TWR is reasonable for hobby rockets.

Actually an aluminium tube with a wall thickness of around 1mm can handle 1000 psi just as well.

I recommend the use of aluminium, its way lighter than steel. So you get more bang for your buck.
