Cut time warp before reaching 5300m and your things won't disappear. Also, do get a Moon orbit first, then landing is slower and calmer.

I always do a moon orbit first, it’s my first step into any moon mission.

It hit jupiters atmosphere at high speed (why did it stop accelerating at 9999m/s?) and the game crashed

Yes, that's a known bug.
It's generally assumed that max speed is 299.792.458 m/s, but for an unknown reason that even general relativity fails to explain, it's 9999 m/s around Jupiter.
But something tells me that this bug may be fixed very soon...

Yes, that's a known bug.
It's generally assumed that max speed is 299.792.458 m/s, but for an unknown reason that even general relativity fails to explain, it's 9999 m/s around Jupiter.
But something tells me that this bug may be fixed very soon...

Not only Jupiter. I've had the same issue around Neptune, and I'm sure Saturn and Uranus have it too.
