Cut time warp before reaching 5300m and your things won't disappear. Also, do get a Moon orbit first, then landing is slower and calmer.

It hit jupiters atmosphere at high speed (why did it stop accelerating at 9999m/s?) and the game crashed

Yes, that's a known bug.
It's generally assumed that max speed is 299.792.458 m/s, but for an unknown reason that even general relativity fails to explain, it's 9999 m/s around Jupiter. :rolleyes:
But something tells me that this bug may be fixed very soon...

I’ve added a landing/launch pad in this small crater a few meters away from the base, it’s alright now, no more strange disappearing :))

Not only Jupiter. I've had the same issue around Neptune, and I'm sure Saturn and Uranus have it too.
