A bit more than a month ago i started a new Minecraft world on survival hard difficulty on Bedrock Edition, specifically mobile.
For a long time i attempted to "speedrun" the game by making getting to the nether my first priority, choosing to not settle down and establish myself first, which always led to my death closer or further from the fortress.
With this world i wanted to do the same, but while running through it i spotted a village and chose to immediately capture two villagers and make a breeder, my first build on the world.
It quickly grew as i needed alot more villagers to sell to and trade with, but mostly to just expand and establish a stable population.
Around that time i made my first animal pens and farms, buildt a little cube next to the breeder which i would call home for some more time and experimented with an iron farm on the roof of the breeder.
I also made a mob grinder and a tree farm as you can see in the background of the cube image, but you can also see that i removed the breeder. Along with it i removed around 70% of villagers leaving only a couple in a small hut off to the side for safekeeping until i construct a new, better looking place for them. That i soon did.
Then i constructed a proper iron farm on a small island, it required alot of slabbing since golems were spawning in the water, needless to say that was annoying... But it sure as hell produced
Then i addressed an issue i had since the beginning, mobs, alot alot of mobs, specifically drowneds. For whatever reason they spawn in herds on bedrock (did i mention i had like 12 tridents at that point, majority gotten with no looting? drop rates on bedrock are busted), so i needed to wall off the shores so they cant climb onto the island. I decided to make it's shape simpler (and maaaaybe uglier).
I then started to mass breed villagers again, here you can see the first baby factory, more precisely the "growing chamber" which stores babies until they grow and can be transported. I had to make it on the other side of the river to not interfere with the trading hall i was building below my house, so i dug a tunnel and put rails to quickly move them.
Trading hall in question
Then i mined, a bit.
And after a detour into a fortress to get blaze rods for fire res potions...
I mined more, this time debris.
But i couldn't quite stop messing with villagers, so after some problems with linking work stations, i moved the baby factory further and made a new growing chamber
I had to expand my domain at some point, bank on the other side of the river was a natural solution, i later made big crop farms in those rectangular spaces.
Now it's good time to mention the End of course, i never before beat the game in survival on my own, so this was my goal for a long time on this world, that goal began with finding the stronghold. I'll be honest, i could not use eyes and track it down this way, i was afraid i would generate too many chunks and the world size would get too large too quickly (and i was correct cause it was 5000 BLOCKS AWAY), so i looked up the coordinates and made a tunnel through the nether there.
And you know the rest, i absolutely beat his ass... Or i guess her? I think the dragon is canonically a she? Well anyway, it was easier when i realised that dragon heals so slow that i dont even have to break the crystals, still i did die couple times, but who cares, i did it.
With that i'll end the first part of the introduction, after i go through some other events that led to present day i'll post updates on the world whenever i do something worth talking about. See you later!
