you dont have to add animations or any thing like that, you just put it like a thicker atmosphere on which some parts can float.

True. It would work, but take a while. Stef and co. would need to see hoe to make a rocket float/sink depending on the parts.

No, that's SimpleRockets 2, which isn't even out yet. The first game is 2d but it also isn't all that great without mods. I will probably be buying the second game when it comes out in early access on steam..

Well there is a slight chance of wings and other aerodynamic parts to be added in upcoming updates. If this is true it could be a very good base for a floating part

SimpleRockets is on PC, Android and iOS. However, it is not free and is not very realistic or good without mods. You'd be better off waiting for SimpleRockets 2 which should be coming out early next year on PC and mobile. SimpleRockets 2 is also just better and is 3D like Kerbal Space Program. By not realistic I mean rockets wobble and snap way more than they should, and if you want to get anywhere without mods you need an absurd rocket.
